Position Summary:
Senior Account Manager

Kick is seeking an experienced, reliable, and uniquely qualified Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.

As a Senior Account Manager at Kick, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, driving the success of strategic, and creative initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships.

  • Support the Account Director on larger strategic client initiatives and complex creative projects.

  • Deeply understand client businesses, objectives, audiences, and competitive landscapes.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for client growth, digital innovation, and strategic recommendations.

  • Be and active listener and guide client meetings (in person, by phone or video conference) and ensure follow up on all discussions internally and externally.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage and communicate project status, risks, and next steps to both clients and internal teams.

Internal Collaboration & Team Leadership

  • Mentor and support Account Coordinators and Account Managers, delegating tasks and fostering professional growth.

  • Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, production).

  • Identify areas to streamline agency processes and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.

Agency Growth & Innovation

  • Contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and presentations as needed.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance agency offerings.

  • Champion agency values, culture, and client delight initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

  • 4-6+ years of agency experience in account management or client services or related role, preferably within a creative or digital agency.

  • Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing and campaign development with at least 2+ years in the medical device category or related industry.

  • Confidently own initiatives and manage delivery of creative work from the brief through execution

  • Experience in developing SOWs and client estimates.  

  • Exceptional organizational, task prioritization and project management abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenter.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and detail-driven.

  • Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude.

At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
